For a decade and a half, I've been engineering the custom store fixtures and displays that shape how customers interact with their favorite brands. Nike Factory Stores and Ugg Outlet Stores feature my work. A stroll through Best Buy would reveal Microsoft and Garmin shop-in-shops, GoPro endcaps, Philips lighting tables, and KitchenAid vignettes that I've engineered. You'll even find my signage work in Chick-Fil-A restaurants.

I love engineering for the point-of-purchase industry because it blends problem-solving with hands-on work. There's a deep satisfaction in building a prototype - and an even greater one in spotting something I engineered in a store years later.

My path hasn't been strictly corporate. In 2013, I co-founded Gramovox with Pavan Bapu. We designed the Bluetooth Gramophone - a vintage-meets-modern speaker inspired by the 1920s Magnavox horn - and took it to Kickstarter, where 927 backers helped us raise $241,173. The product was featured on Gizmodo, CBS News, the Chicago Tribune, and VentureBeat.

What sets me apart is the blend: I can sketch a concept, model it in SolidWorks, spec the materials and manufacturing process, build a working prototype, and deliver production-ready files. I think in both aesthetics and tolerances.
